Services

Five services. One outcome: a team that publishes at scale.

From strategy to analytics, we cover every layer of your content operation — and we hand ownership back to your people.

What we actually build for you

A content factory engagement with Deltaqalpha is not a training course or a consulting report you file away. It is a hands-on build: we sit with your team, map the current process, identify the gaps, and construct the missing infrastructure — editorial calendar templates, brief formats, review checklists, publishing queues in your chosen tool, and a metrics dashboard in Google Looker Studio or Notion. At the end of the engagement your team has a fully documented, tooled, and tested system. We run two rounds of live production together so your people build muscle memory before we step back. Typical build time is six to ten weeks depending on team size and the complexity of your channel mix.

Our five service areas

Editorial Strategy

We define your content pillars, audience personas, tone of voice, and competitive positioning. The output is a 20–30 page strategy document your team can use to make content decisions independently, plus a six-month topic roadmap seeded with 60 brief-ready ideas.

Content Pipeline Design

We map every stage from idea capture to published piece: ideation, briefing, writing, editing, design, approval, scheduling, and archiving. Each stage gets a defined owner, a turnaround SLA, and a tool assignment — whether you use Trello, Notion, Airtable, or a combination.

Team Onboarding

We run a structured onboarding programme for your content contributors — writers, editors, designers, and social managers — covering the new system, their role within it, and how to use the brief templates and style guides. Includes a recorded walkthrough your team keeps forever.

Publishing Workflow Setup

We configure your chosen publishing stack — CMS, scheduling tool, social accounts, internal approval chain — so that every piece moves through a single, visible queue. No more chasing approvals over WhatsApp or losing drafts in email threads.

Performance Analytics

We build a content performance dashboard that pulls data from your website, social channels, and email platform into one view. Fortnightly review templates are included so your team knows which content types to produce more of and which to cut.

What we don't do — and why that matters

Deltaqalpha does not write your content for you. We don't manage your social accounts on an ongoing basis, and we don't run paid distribution campaigns. Our job is to make your internal team capable and self-sufficient. If ongoing content production or ad management is what you need, we're glad to recommend trusted partners in the region. We also want to be direct about results: a well-designed content factory significantly improves consistency and team capacity, but content performance still depends on your market, your audience's behaviour, and how rigorously your team follows the system after we leave.

Questions teams ask before starting

How big does our team need to be?

We've set up content factories for teams as small as two people and as large as twenty. The system scales; the documentation depth and tool complexity adjust to your actual capacity. A two-person team gets a lean, minimal-tool pipeline. A larger team gets a more layered workflow with dedicated role swim lanes.

Do we need to buy expensive software?

No. We prioritise tools with generous free tiers — Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, Buffer — and only recommend paid upgrades when the productivity gain clearly justifies the cost for your team size. Most of our clients run a full content factory for under USh 200,000 per month in tool subscriptions.

How long does the engagement take?

A standard engagement runs six to ten weeks. Week one is discovery and strategy alignment. Weeks two through five are pipeline and workflow build. Weeks six through eight are team onboarding and live production runs. Weeks nine and ten are review, dashboard setup, and handover documentation.

What if our team changes after you leave?

That's exactly why we document everything. Every process has a written standard operating procedure, every tool is configured with guest access in mind, and the onboarding programme is recorded. A new team member can get up to speed in a day or two using the materials we leave behind.
