Three tiers built around your team's size and how much of the factory you need us to build from scratch.
We price in Ugandan Shillings so there are no surprise exchange-rate adjustments mid-engagement. Each tier is a fixed-scope project, not an open-ended retainer — you know exactly what you're getting before we start. Scope changes or add-ons are quoted separately and require your written sign-off. All tiers include two rounds of live production run with your team, full handover documentation, and a 30-day post-launch support window for questions about the system.

Yes. We accept 50% at project kick-off and 50% at handover. For the Scale tier we offer a three-payment structure: 40% at start, 40% at the end of the build phase, and 20% at final handover. Mobile money and bank transfer are both accepted.
Talk to us. We've built custom scopes for clients who, for example, already have a strategy but need pipeline design and onboarding only. We'll quote based on the actual work, not force you into a tier that doesn't fit.
No. Each tier is a one-time project fee. Some clients choose to bring us back for a system audit three or six months later — that's a separate, smaller engagement — but there is no mandatory retainer.
